食譜分享同公開食譜守則

建立分享連結或撳「發佈最新版本」，即代表你明確指示 Shio Box 上載所揀食譜嘅目前發佈版本。一般連結唔會公開列出，但唔係私人或保密；任何收到或獲轉寄連結嘅人都可以睇到完整食譜。

「畀埋大家睇」係另一個獨立選擇。撳呢個按鈕，即代表你確認內容係一份完整食譜、符合公開規則，並且你有權公開分享。系統會檢查食譜完整度、分享版本、分享權限、匯入來源同明顯不適合公開嘅內容。支援自動內容檢查嘅 app 版本通過後可即時以「匿名分享」公開；較舊版本會等候進一步審核，獲批先公開。即時通過唔代表 Shio Box 逐份人手預先審核。你亦授權 Shio Box 展示、暫停或移除內容，以營運「大家最近煮緊」同處理安全、權利或濫用問題。唔好公開含個人或機密資料、侵權、違法、有害、垃圾或誤導內容。未經實質修改、由另一份 Shio 分享原封匯入嘅食譜唔合資格再公開。

舉報唔會因單一舉報自動全局落架；隱藏分享者只影響你自己睇到嘅公開食譜。Shio Box 可以保留或移除內容、限制濫用。你可以停止公開而保留原有 link，或者停止分享並移除內容；其他人已經喺 Shio Box 以外保存嘅副本無法收回。

1. 服務範圍

Shio Box 提供一個雲端儲存嘅「目前廚房」，用嚟管理雪櫃、食譜、餐單同購物清單。一個有效訂閱涵蓋同一廚房一至兩人；邀請多一個人係自選。30 秒示範廚房只存在記憶體，唔係可保存嘅真實廚房。

食材到期日、食譜、語音轉錄、AI 整理結果、餐單建議同庫存差額都可能唔完整或有誤。食用、過敏、保存、衛生同購物決定前，請自行核對；Shio Box 唔係醫療、營養或食品安全服務。

2. Shio Plus 訂閱

• 內容：Shio Plus 提供一個一至兩人使用嘅廚房、跨裝置同步／備份，同無每月次數上限嘅語音及文字 Scribe（受公平使用限制）。邀請多一個人係自選，一個有效訂閱已經涵蓋同一廚房最多兩位成員。
• 30 秒示範廚房：訂閱前可以先試用一個只存在記憶體嘅示範廚房；示範內容唔會儲存、同步或建立真實廚房。
• 7 日商店試用：符合 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 資格嘅用戶，可喺原生商店確認畫面接受七日 introductory trial。試用只會喺你確認後開始；實際資格、價格、續訂日期同條款以確認畫面為準。
• 月費／年費：你可以揀月費或年費。由月費轉年費或相反都唔會獲得第二次 introductory trial；轉換幾時生效同點樣計費由相關商店按當時顯示處理。
• 自動續訂：免費試用或現有付費期完結後，訂閱會按確認畫面顯示嘅計劃同價格自動續訂，除非你喺商店規定期限前取消。
• 取消及退款：取消會停止未來續訂；使用權一般保留至試用或已付期間完結。你需要喺 Apple／Google 帳戶管理或取消；退款由相關商店按其政策處理。
• 權益完結：現有廚房資料會保留並變為唯讀，直至重新訂閱；唔會另行建立一個免費個人副本。

3. 你嘅責任

你要為輸入、分享、同步或交俾 Scribe 處理嘅內容負責，並確保你有權使用有關內容。你唔可以：

• 將服務用作非法、侵權、欺詐、騷擾或有害用途；
• 上載惡意程式，或者嘗試未經授權存取、逆向工程、干擾或超載服務；
• 濫用 Scribe、邀請、同步、推送或訂閱系統，規避配額、付款或安全限制；
• 輸入他人資料而未取得任何所需同意。

如使用方式危害服務、其他人或違反呢啲條款，我哋可以限制相關網上功能。

4. 可用性、責任同變更

服務按「現狀」同「現有可用」方式提供。我哋會合理維護，但唔保證無中斷、無錯誤、所有同步都即時完成，或者任何資料可以永久復原。請保留你認為重要嘅裝置備份。

喺法律允許嘅最大範圍內，我哋唔會就間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損失，或者資料、利潤或商譽損失負責。我哋就應用程式相關索償嘅總責任，以你喺引致索償事件前 12 個月支付嘅 Shio Plus 費用或 HK$100（取其較高者）為上限；法律唔容許限制嘅權利不受影響。

我哋可能更新服務同條款；最後更新日期會反映現行版本。條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，香港法院具有非專屬管轄權。查詢請電郵 coffeebb71@gmail.com。

Recipe sharing and public recipe rules

Creating a share link or tapping “Publish latest version” uploads the current published version of the selected recipe content. An ordinary link is unlisted but not private or secret; anyone who receives or is forwarded it can view the full recipe.

“Make it public” is a separate choice. By tapping that button, you confirm that the content is one complete recipe, follows the public rules, and that you have the right to publish it. The system checks recipe completeness, share version, share ownership, import provenance, and high-confidence objectionable content. Supported app versions publish immediately as “Anonymous share” after automated checks pass; older versions wait for further review and publish only after approval. Immediate approval does not mean Shio Box manually reviewed each recipe before publication. You also authorize Shio Box to display, suspend or remove it to operate the public shelf and address safety, rights or abuse. Do not publish personal or confidential information, infringing, unlawful, harmful, spam or misleading content. A recipe imported unchanged from another Shio share is not eligible for publication.

A report does not automatically remove content globally; hiding a publisher changes only your own public shelf. Shio Box may keep or remove content and limit abuse. You can stop publishing while keeping the bearer link, or stop sharing and remove the content. Copies already made outside Shio Box cannot be recalled.

1. Service

Shio Box provides one cloud-backed Current Kitchen for fridge inventory, recipes, meal planning and shopping. One active subscription covers one or two people in that Kitchen; inviting a second person is optional. The 30-second Sample Kitchen runs only in memory and is not a persistent Kitchen.

Expiry dates, recipes, transcriptions, AI output, suggestions and inventory differences may be incomplete or wrong. Verify food safety, allergies, storage and purchasing decisions yourself. Shio Box is not a medical, nutrition or food-safety service.

2. Shio Plus

• Benefits. One Kitchen for one or two people, cross-device sync/backup and voice/text Scribe without a monthly cap, subject to fair use. Inviting a second person is optional; one active subscription covers both members of that Kitchen.
• 30-second Sample Kitchen. Before subscribing, you may try an in-memory Sample Kitchen. Sample content is not saved or synced and does not create a real Kitchen.
• Seven-day Store trial. Customers eligible under the Apple App Store or Google Play rules may accept a seven-day introductory trial in the native Store confirmation sheet. It starts only after confirmation. The sheet is authoritative for eligibility, price, renewal date and terms.
• Monthly/yearly plans. You may select a monthly or yearly plan. Changing between them does not grant a second introductory trial; the applicable Store determines and displays when the change takes effect and how it is billed.
• Renewal. After the free trial or current paid period, the subscription renews automatically on the plan and at the price shown in the confirmation sheet unless you cancel within the Store's required period.
• Cancellation/refunds. Cancellation stops future renewal; access generally continues until the trial or paid period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple/Google. Refunds are handled by the applicable Store.
• After access ends. Existing Kitchen data is preserved and becomes read-only until you resubscribe. No separate free personal copy is created.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for content you enter, share, sync or submit to Scribe and for having the rights and consents needed. Do not use the service unlawfully or harmfully; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, interference or overload; abuse quotas, billing, invitations, sync or push systems; or enter another person's data without required consent. We may limit online features where use threatens the service, others or these Terms.

4. Availability, liability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We maintain it reasonably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, immediate sync, or permanent recoverability. Keep your own device backups for important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of data, profit or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the app is limited to the Shio Plus fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim or HK$100, whichever is greater. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

We may update the service and these Terms; the updated date identifies the current version. Hong Kong SAR law governs these Terms and Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Contact coffeebb71@gmail.com.
