食譜分享連結

「停止公開」會即時令食譜唔再出現喺「大家最近煮緊」，原有分享 link 仍然有效。喺 Shio Box 打開有效分享連結，再撳「停止分享」，食譜內容會即時停止提供，只留防止舊網址重用嘅不含內容代碼 tombstone。如果你已經無法使用建立連結嗰個安裝，請將完整分享網址或六位代碼電郵去 coffeebb71@gmail.com，等我哋定位同移除內容；無網址或代碼，就無法由你嘅身份搵返無帳戶分享。

1. 裝置快取同設定

你可以喺系統設定清除 Shio Box 儲存空間，或者移除 app，清除該裝置嘅快取同設定。呢個動作唔會刪除 Shio Box 伺服器上嘅目前廚房；重新安裝並完成核實後，廚房資料可以再次同步。Apple／Google 作業系統備份可能另有裝置副本，如要清除亦要喺裝置設定管理。請先保留任何你需要嘅資料。

2. 目前廚房、分析、通知及訂閱紀錄

  1. 由任何裝置發電郵去 coffeebb71@gmail.com，主旨寫「Shio Box 資料刪除」。
  2. 講明想刪除目前廚房資料、自家分析、推送註冊、RevenueCat 客戶紀錄，或者全部。
  3. 我哋會按你嘅使用方式回覆安全核實步驟；唔好電郵密碼、裝置 token、恢復 key 或付款卡資料。
  4. 只有喺我哋可以核實擁有權同定位相關紀錄後，先可以刪除並電郵確認；如果暫時做唔到，我哋會解釋原因同可行選項。

刪除 RevenueCat 客戶紀錄唔等於由 Apple／Google 取消訂閱。請另外喺商店設定取消，避免下一期續訂。Apple／Google 可能為交易、退款、法律或會計義務保留紀錄。

Recipe share links

“Stop publishing” immediately removes the recipe from “What everyone is cooking” while its ordinary share link keeps working. Open active shares in Shio Box and tap “Stop sharing” to make the recipe content unavailable immediately; only a content-free code tombstone remains. If you no longer have the creating installation, email the exact share URL or six-character code to coffeebb71@gmail.com so we can locate and remove it. Without the URL or code, an accountless share cannot be identified from your identity.

You control your data

You can immediately clear an individual device's cache and settings, and delete individual Current Kitchen content in the app. You may start an email request to delete the whole Current Kitchen, first-party analytics, push-registration or RevenueCat customer records; deletion can be completed only after we can safely verify ownership and locate the relevant records.

1. Device cache and settings

Clear Shio Box storage in system settings or uninstall the app to remove that device's cache and settings. This does not delete the Current Kitchen stored on Shio Box servers; after reinstalling and completing verification, Kitchen data can sync again. Apple/Google operating-system backups may retain a separate device copy that must be managed in device settings. Keep anything you need first.

2. Current Kitchen, analytics, notification and subscription records

  1. Email coffeebb71@gmail.com from any device with subject “Shio Box data deletion.”
  2. Say whether you want Current Kitchen data, first-party analytics, push registration, the RevenueCat customer record, or all of them deleted.
  3. We will reply with verification steps appropriate to your setup. Never email passwords, device tokens, recovery keys or payment-card details.
  4. We can delete and confirm only after ownership can be verified and the relevant records located. If that is not currently possible, we will explain why and the available options.

Deleting a RevenueCat customer record does not cancel an Apple/Google subscription. Cancel separately in store settings to stop renewal. Apple/Google may retain transaction records for refunds, legal or accounting duties.
